Why can’t I see any prices?

In order to purchase from BERS you must complete an account application. Once approved you will be provided with a login, allowing you to view prices.


I have seen a product in your trade counter, but it is not online, why?

Once logged in, you will be able to see all products available.

Not all products are visible without being logged in.


Why is a product not available to me?

Some brands are specific about who can purchase their products. If this applies, we are only able to sell their products to select people, or groups (Example trade installers, but not wholesalers).  


Do you offer technical support?

We do offer technical support for all our trade customers.

We may require product serial numbers to ensure we provide the correct support for your model, so please have this to hand.


Can I collect my order?

Collection is available Monday to Friday, and best of all there is no minimum spend when collecting from our Hartlepool Trade Counter.
