Returns

Non-faulty products

No cash refunds will be given.

Products will only be accepted for credit if:

·         Product is returned within 30 calendar days of invoice date

·         The products are returned with the original invoice

·         The products are unused (Products are returned in their original packaging)

·         There is no damage to the product (In original condition)

·         There is no damage to the packaging (In original condition)

·         The products are return complete (With original instructions, leads, ancillary equipment etc)

·         Products listed as ‘Special Order’ will NOT be accepted for credit


We are also able to accept returns by post to our warehouse, but unfortunately, we are not able to arrange or pay for the postage, and this would be your own expense.

Return must be authorized prior to posting your return.

Faulty products

Products that are faulty within 30 days of invoice date.

Please return to us complete with a faulty returns form to receive an exchange or refund.

Products will only be accepted for an exchange or refund if:

·         Product is returned within 30 calendar days of invoice date

·         The products are returned with the original invoice

·         There is no damage to the product (In original condition)

·         There is no damage to the packaging (In original condition)

·         The products are return complete (With original instructions, leads, ancillary equipment etc)

·         All faulty products must be accompanied by a meaningful fault description

·         A faulty returns form must be completed


Products that are faulty after 30 days of invoice date:

If this 30 day period has passed, we offer a repair or replacement based upon the manufactures warranty period.

The manufacture will be given reasonable time to repair or replace the product.

The manufacture will be given the opportunity to inspect the product.

Please note for goods reported after 6 months you must be able to show that the fault was present when delivered to you.

Only if the manufacture is unable to offer a repair or replacement (for example a discontinued product), a credit will be applied.
